WinUAE is the best type of emulator in my oppinion, although people say it doesnt run as many games as WinFellow. But I find it much easier to operate and it seems to run most of the game I put on it, even if it does take some time to work out the configuration needed.
If you are looking for the best Amiga emulator - look no further. WinUAE is the best emulator you will ever get. It has about 99% compability rate, support for all the major Amiga hardware including the Picasso96 RTG, AGA chips and such. Simply the best!
