Pastel Fantasy mainly looks like a kid game as both the colours and things within the game reminds me the most about toys. Behind all of this you will find a very addicting puzzle game though where you have to clear the game screen for pastel creatures.
At the beginning of each level a certain amount of pastel creatures are shown on the screen and you can remove them if 2 or more are located near each other either next to each other or on top of each other (and even both at the same time). The first levels are very easy but you are quickly challenged at the next levels and you will see a single mistake means that you can't complete the level. Luckily is a restart on the level not hard as you have a button for that which I think is great. That way you don't have to start all over and complete the same levels over and over.
The graphics are a bit cartoonish but simply and easy on the eye. Controls couldn't be easier either and overall Pastel Fantasy is a challenging and funny puzzle game. If you have any kind I'm sure they will enjoy the game much as well simply because of the graphics and easy of use.
Pastel Fantasy is fun little puzzle game that plays like Tetris - or more accurately Same Game since it does not require any reflexes). Your job is to clear the screen by clicking on pastel creatures of the same color that are adjacent to each other. There is no time limit in the game, so your only objective is to clear each level in as few moves as possible. The game has attractive anime graphics and intuitive interface. Too bad there are only 15 levels, none of which is particularly difficult. The game is recommended as an introductory-level puzzle game to introduce to your kids or younger siblings. Originally in Japanese, this version has been translated into English. Recommended, although its brevity and too-easy gameplay make it shy of the Top Dog tag.
