You get to play a representative from the state of your choice and join committees and meet with foreign aides. You select your staff and set your goals. And when its time, you can work on your re-election campaign. There is also a quiz game to see how much you've learned. There are several video clips of one of the California senators, explaining the decision process as you play the game.
