Pang is a truly legendary game. Its probably one of the most famous arcade games ever to be published. There are many ports of this game ranging from amiga to atari to PC. One of the greatest aspects is its fun / simplicity ratio :)
The object is always the same - shoot out all the baloons. Each time you pop a baloon, it splits into two smaller ones. This goes on and on untill you pop the smallest ones. The biggest baloons bounce the most, and each smaller one makes smaller bouncing arches. When you have all kinds of baloons bouncing around the level, this can get very tricky :)
To make it even more challenging, various obstacles will be scattered around the level to make the baloon trajectories even more unpredictable. It will take a fine blend of skill, reflexes and strategy to complete the game. Also, various power-ups will fall out of balloons when you shoot them. You'll be able to acquire new weapon types, stop or slow down time, pick up shields, earn extra lives and so on.
There are 50 (!!) levels in total, and passing them will not be easy. An extra bonus that this game offers is the multiplayer mode so you can have your friend play on the keyboard or joystick next to you.
All in all an excellent game for wasting hours in the office or at home. :)
In this game you can walk around with a little fellow. You have to eliminate the jumping balls in the field. You can do this by firing some kind of weapon. The balls will split in two smaller balls, which you have to destroy again, and so forth... Sometimes bonusses will fall out of the balls with other weapons you can use.
There are about some 50 levels and another cool thing is that a second person can join the action immediately without restarting the game.
